Full time certified medical assistant/receptionist position available for quickly growing Radiation Oncology office. Ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 year medical front office background experience, proven customer service skills with great communication, demonstrate enthusiastic and professional demeanor while showing strong multi-tasking skills which is integral to a smooth patient flow to be able to provide quality care. The receptionist main priorities will include greeting patients, answering phones/faxes, schedule and coordinate appointments, obtaining records and registering patients. Additional tasks to be discussed upon inquiry. Flexible schedule is a requirement as our office is open until approximately 6PM. Currently looking for 7:00AM to 6PM Flex. Pay is DOE
Experience with Microsoft programs preferred; I.E. excel, word, spreadsheets, medical EMR, and standard office equipment.
